AWESOME!!! I love the look of the two weapons effects but, the flamethrower seems like it needs a thicker/wider spray, none the less I'm ready for this game!!!
Yeah, I'm still tweaking the width and length of the flamethrower stream. I'm trying to avoid using *too* many particles - the Xbox can only draw so much...
Looking good! The flamethrower looks more like a high pressure water hose. It might be interesting to try having it ignite zombies without pushing them back so hard... or maybe their ai runs them away from fire. Looking very retro-cool! Keep up the good work.
Hi SugarPill - I'm definitely planning on having the zombies catch fire in some way, but I haven't gotten there yet.The recoil is currently just a generic effect based on damage received. I agree that it probably should be toned down for fire damage.
