I was worried about how it would translate to the phone, but it runs really well - even with the downgrade to 30fps.
I was also concerned about the touch controls, but that ended up not being a problem.
If anything, I think I might prefer the phone version to the Xbox one - it works really well with the "pick up and play for a bit" affordance that the handheld device offers.

ReplyDeleteThe one thing I would say is that I would love it more if it had a few more starting points. I mean, I play it on my commute but I never reach the next starting checkpoint by the time I've reached my destination so ended up playing the same bits again and again.

ReplyDeleteI'm considering making an update that saves your last checkpoint between sessions. Not as "old-school", but I think it would better suit the way people play the game - particularly on the phone.
